Been going here for a few years now and always been happy with the service provided until today.(9/19/2022) Didn’t realize until I got home and noticed that one of my brows were Very thin, it didn’t even match the other one which was perfect. I’ve been having my eyebrows threaded for 15 years and Brow Queen is the BEST threading place I’ve ever been to. I usually get them done by Ola or Manar but all the ladies there are superb. I didn’t catch the woman who was the only one working today. July 11th, but I specifically asked her to clean and keep my eyebrows thick. She never showed me my eyebrows when she was “evening” them out. I felt like she kept cleaning to the point where I felt like my eyebrows got thinner and thinner. We finished and I wasn’t happy with how they turned out.

I actually wasn’t allowed to do my eyebrows until I was 18 and she was really respectful about keeping the shape of my natural brow. I’ve only been coming here ever since (25 now). As someone with a unibrow naturally, it’s a really nice way to feel a little more groomed. The environment in the shop is so welcoming and I love the conversations I over hear between the customers and the employees. I really love this business and would recommend it to anyone! I actually wasn’t allowed to do my eyebrows until I was 18 and she was really respectful about keeping the shape of my natural brow. I’ve only been coming here ever since (25 now).
