I’ve been going to brow pros for about two years or so. Wasn’t my favorite place, but it was closest to where I live so I continued to go. Not sure that I will anymore after today. Went in for my regular brow clean up after a month today and was disappointed to see that they raised their price for eyebrow threading. It is now $13. I was told about the benefits of the membership, but opted out as I may not live within the area in the next year. I wore a mask inside as the workers do not while they thread, which is fine, but I had an issue when the worker asked me to move my mask down because it was in the way and instead took it off my face herself. There have also been a couple of instances where a certain worker (who I will not name) asks me personal questions about my life that made me uncomfortable. I get wanting to build a relationship with your clients but asking a person why their father isn’t in their life is not appropriate. I think from now on I will make the drive to other places that only charge $10 for eyebrows.

They do a really good job at threading. However BEWARE if you are even slightly fair and you get your eyebrows tinted here. I have light brown/ashy blonde hair and I got them tinted. I specifically asked for them not to be too dark and they are literally black. I look crazy and I don’t know how to get the tint off. The shape is good but I need to get this tint off. Mad they didn’t listen to me. I will definitely come back to get them threaded again though.
