I came here to do a touch up and the woman is extremely difficult to work with or communicate with and quite beastly in reality. Customer service is not her strong point and when dealing with people’s faces, this is necessary! I’m never coming back and she also upcharges based off of how thick your eyebrows are. I used to come here. It’s been quite a while since I’ve come…. I truly tried to get used to it. But I really miss what this place used to be. I also don’t appreciate being charged more just because my eyebrows grew out. A total turn off I really hope they go back to how they used to be. I really loved this place before but not the best attitudes and it seems like I’m not the only one that feels that way. I care about service yes but being approachable and humble is also very important to me. All in all this place has no clue what REAL customer service even looks like.

Went to brow obsession as a walk-in (without appointment) after many clients of mine recommended this place to do my eyebrows with thread, and if I do say so myself, it was such an amazing experience! Anarkali was so sweet and friendly since I walked in not to mention informative! Will definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone!

I went there for the first time because I read good reviews on it so I decided to give it a try. I told the woman not to make my eyebrows too thin or to take too much from the middle because a woman I went to before messed them up. She said ok and continued doing it, I felt that she was taking too much from my left eyebrow and told her not to make it thin she said she’s not making it thin, she’s making it even but in reality she took way too much hair from my left eyebrow and now they are uneven and one is thinner than the other and not too mention I was charged $27 for an awful job. Now I have to wait a few months for my eyebrows to get somewhat back to normal. Disappointed

They truly do a good job here and the staff is actually friendly. Lately though, a lot of staff are not available anymore for various reasons and now only the owners are providing services so the wait times will be increased, appointment or not. What I’m not liking is there is now a $5 up charge if your hair has fully grown in which to me seems pretty ridiculous from a customers standpoint. I wish they would have informed me of this prior to booking an appointment because they usually send mass emails regarding updates such as potential charges. Also, I got charged less then I was supposed to for my services at the counter and once I left the establishment about 30 minutes later, was bombarded with phone calls and texts about the matter and how it would be noted for the next time I come in which was actually pretty uncomfortable.

As I was taking my niece to the dentist I found this great location where she went above and beyond for me. She was super nice and very attentive to my needs, exceptional service she was very fast and made me look like a star. Not only that but in the transitioning of leaving I dropped one of my nieces diamond earrings in which she called me back to advise me that I had that she found the earring this is the type of work ethic you don’t see in these days and I am so grateful.
