It was so horrible the worker who is no offense big and was heavy breathing in my ears, the worst part is she rushed my eyebrows literally took her 30 seconds , the last thing is my eyebrows look the same!! My sister and I had been coming for years and never had any bad experiences until today. I was so upset with the service we got today by one of the ladies who was helping in the front. I was called up 3 times then they made me sit back down every time and called different people who supposedly had appointments. I waited about 45-50 minutes just to get my eyebrows done. My sister had been waiting longer than I had and just when she thought she was next they called up another girl (no appointment) who had gotten there 20-30 minutes after us, so I spoke up and said that my sister had been waiting for almost an hour. I guess some girl lied and said she was my sister. They attended her and crossed out my sisters name. The staff didn’t even pay attention to who had appointments and who didn’t nor did they pay attention to who had gone up, because one of the ladies was convinced that my sister had already been attend. Horrible experience & bad service from her. Jena is actually very nice. I haven’t had experience with the other ladies, so I can’t say anything about them, but I am never coming back. If you do come, make an appointment and make it known who you are and when your appointment time is.

Critical: ProfessionalismTaking advantage of covid. how do I report this place in price gauging. They took the old prices down n replace them with a temp prices. They don’t even valid their own coupons and ask me to try to use them in couple of months. My eyebrow price was raised $7 more. I wish I could of gone somewhere else because other places are being honest and fair on their prices. The original staff isn’t there they got place temp at other location. Critical: ValueI’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years. I came in today to find out prices were raised between $5-$10 due to covid-19. They said prices might go back to normal next month. Covid-19 or not they taking advantage of the situation I won’t be coming anytime soon. I’ve only ever had threading here, so I’m not sure about their other services. The staff here is nice and they’re efficient. I definitely recommend making an appointment. Especially if you have a preferred artist. Mine is Jeena, she is awesome!!

I called to make an appointment, the lady was rushing me. I told her to wait since I needed to write down the information and she hung up on me, very rude! They should have better customer service, the lady in the front desk don’t even do any work but just charge so why do they need to rush? I expected more of this place but sadly the last place I’ll take my eyebrows.

I will never come back here again , I went in with thick beautiful luciouse eyebrows and came out with nothing but a line whem all I asked for was a cleanup . my eyebrows were everything to me and they took that away from me . Hounestly i cried on my way home .
