Did not shape my eyebrows as asked. made my eyebrows too short, and told me to draw them on because i in quote “did not have enough eyebrow”. it’s taken me 6 months for my eyebrows to grow back fully because of it. She micro bladed my mom’s eyebrows. my mom has been going to her since before she got actual clientele, and my mom asked her to fix her eyebrows because they weren’t done properly and she tried getting my mom to pay $200 more, and still messed up afterwards, so my mom texted her and asked her to redo them again, and she completely ignored her. My mom was not asking for money back, she just wanted what she paid for. $200 is A LOT of money to pay to not get what you want. This lady now has more clients and is getting beside herself. hopefully you guys have a better experience
