A friend recommended me to Brow Lounge and I can see why! I booked two services the same day online, they fulfilled it and confirmed it online in less than 5 minutes via email. When I went into the Lounge for the first time and the ladies working there were very easy to talk to! (No idea why others complained about them not being friendly!) Anyways, they had wonderful customer services and they were excellent and professional at what they do. Though they were fast, they were sensitive to your needs and pain tolerance. I will definitely tell my friends about this place. I guess other people who rated this lower than 3* just feel like they’re royalty and should have their services with wine and cheese.

I go to Sonya for brazilians and she’s the best! She immediately makes you feel comfortable, and makes waxing as painless as possible. Everyone has been friendly, my appointment was always on time and scheduling or rescheduling was super easy. They also have customer cards so you get $5 off every 5 or 6 visits which is a nice treat!

I absolutely adore this place. Melissa took care of me with ease. My first time was efficient and my brows came out perfect. Most places take too much off but she listened and is the only person I will trust now. It can be difficult to get in but I plan to make appointments going forth.
