My first time trying this place and the last. I got my lashes done on Friday 7/22 they were cute I like them and now it’s Monday 7/25 and they are half gone on one eye and Some are missing from the other. I paid 90 dollars for pretty much weekend lashes. Go on your own risk.

The eyelashes don’t last more than 3 days and they cost so much money they made me pay for a touch up even tho they say if they fall off in 3 days they will fix it for free that’s not true. I was a customer for years they stop they was never nice they sit around talking about there customers which I have heard with my own ears. Also they keep trying to over charger me everytime I came in the price would have randomly went up. They are robbing people for trash work. My eyelashes never ever look like the picture of what I ask for. I also got my face wax there and they don’t she left so much hair on my face it wasn’t dont right and I was over changed . This place has been real bad to me and when I called about my complaints they were rude.

Sumi is my girl…I don’t do lashes so can’t comment there but I only get my eyebrows threaded by Sumi. She’s amazing! Nails by David and pedicures by Vivien. My nails always last at least 3 weeks with no lifting. My toenails grow into my skin and Vivien has always been able to manage before ingrowns start. Takes a couple of times to find the right person for you. Re: the rudeness I’ve seen on some reviews. I’ve been going to this place for 8 years and the workers are friendly. You treat them right and they will treat you right. Come in with an attitude and they will respond. I’ve witnessed not so nice customers also so it goes both ways. After all it’s “me time”…just relax.

I got $90 natural lashes today and the lady doing my lashes was conversing back & forth with four (4) other technicians that were not busy. They were speaking simultaneously in another language, extremely loud, and NON-STOP as if they were at an outdoor-sporting event. My tech kept stopping to state her point to the other technicians or to text someone on her cell as if I wasn’t sitting in her chair. As a result, the process took longer to complete my lashes, and I left the shop with a headache. Very rude and unprofessional! Never again.

This was my first time getting a brow tinting service done and I decided to go to this location this past Saturday. Very bad decision and I wish I read the reviews here first. To start the receptionist was extremely rude with no customer service skills and did not seem to want to answer any of the questions I was asking being that this was my first time there. She also didn’t tell me what my total was at the end but adamant on was trying to get my debit card first. The service itself took about 30 mins or so and the lady told me that she had to redo one of my eyebrows ( why I don’t know) . From my own research a brow tinting is supposed to last a few weeks and my service that I got here only lasted 3 days. Don’t waste your money.

It’s always a hit or miss depending who’s going to do your lashes. I never leave a bad review but today I’ve just had it! I got my lash extensions removed and instead of waiting 5-10 minutes for the glue to be removed, she started pulling on them along with my real lashes. I usually get the single classic eyelash extension and she started putting the lashes (by 3s) so it will be faster and charge me $80 for it even though I’ve been paying $50 for the past few years. Horrible service and such a bad attitude.

Didn’t even make it past the front reception. The receptionist was so rude it totally turned me off of going there. She was super rude to the person right in front of me and then when I asked her a simple question about one of the treatments she rolled her eyes and didn’t even answer. When I hesitated for 3 seconds on picking a treatment (because she didn’t answer my question) she very angrily said “just PICK ONE mam”. I left right after that.

Went in for a lash lift and paid $90. No results. Same as when I went in. No lift!!! Total rip off. They don’t know what they are doing. Save your money and go somewhere else. Plus they were rude. Poor customer service.

By far my favorite place to get my brows and face threaded. I am from Ohio but I am in Carson quite a bit and I often put off getting my threading done because I want to have it done at BLS. Check them out.
