Rude customer service. Salon closes at 7 pm. However I walked in at 6:40 pm and was abruptly told that they were closed. The door was unlocked and 3 workers were just sitting there doing nothing. Eyebrows take 10 minutes tops— if you don’t want to take customers 20 minutes before closing then just say so. I have gotten my eyebrows done here for years and I will now take my business to the salon in the Walmart next door.

I have been going here since they’ve expanded from Walmart years ago. I have never had an unpleasant experience until today. The time on the door says 10am-8pm Mon-Saturday. I walked in this Friday afternoon alittle before 6:40pm. All I wanted was the get my regular $9 eyebrow waxing. As I drove up the open sign was turned on. As I got out my car and started approaching the door the light was turned off. I walked in and asked the employee at the desk if the store was closed. She shook her head yes. And I said ” oh I’m sorry I thought you all closed at 8pm?” She said no and kept writing. I then pointed out the times on the door and said it should be updated if it wasn’t correct. She seemed annoyed, maybe she had a long day, I don’t know. She said since Covid they have been closing at 7pm (I am writing this review at 6:57pm). None the less, she obviously didn’t care and kept writing so I left I went next door to Classy Nails and got my eyebrows done there.

We came from out of town to visit Atlanta. We couldn’t have found a better place than browlash. It was a truly amazing experience with such professional and great service by Sakina and Shona. My husband got his eyebrows done for the first time and it was such a smooth experience for him! They were very welcoming and provide excellent customer service. They even offer laser hair removal!
