Its a great place for threading/removing facial hair but terrible experience with microblading. I had it first in 2021/Dec. Was told it would last 4 years. I had to touch it up a year later and now they are still not correct. Was told i had to wait until they fade to get them corrected. I can see lines that make them look fake/cheap. But another part is that when you come in there and ask for the service, anyone that comes in behind you is favored more. I sat and watched other customers get serviced that came in After me. My point is that they dont care if they have 5 people in there getting helped at the same time (they multi task customers) I waited for two people getting serviced while i was sitting in the chair and they came in After me. Then the worker makes personal calls (many) speaking a different language on the phone while i am in the chair waiting to get finished. Sometimes talking on phone while she is servicing me. And while i wait while she is on the phone, I get no explanation as to why i am sitting there still waiting to finish. A simple “let this dry or sit for a few minutes” or “i will be right back” or something would be nice. So terrible customer service.

I payed 120 for lashes and after 3 days almost all of them had fallen off and the glue was visible. Damaged my lashes too. Also she was eating while she was doing my lashes so if you want to get an infection this is definitely the place to go!

They only have one worker. So if someone walks in for eyelash extensions, that’s it, they don’t take anybody else for two hours. I was cut badly the last time I went in for eye brow threading. I’ve been getting both my brows and lashes done here for a couple of years now. I’m always pleased with the job that Rahj does. She always communicates with me about what I want and I’m usually pleased, but if I want something else specific, she’s on board. The prices are good also. This is the most reasonable place I’ve had them done. I’m pleased with the service and will keep coming back.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for over 5 years and decide not to drive all the way to my normal place so i got them done here and they only lasted a week most of them fell out and she tried saying I didn’t know how to take care of them. Also they don’t clean there tweezers after each patient which can pass infections to others. A good set of lashes should last up to 3 weeks.

The owner herself came in on her day off and did my lash extensions, she was the sweetest for doing that for me. She also did my eyebrows and both my lashes and eyebrows turned out great. I love it her the stuff was super friendly, and the owner is amazing.
