Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySwetha is a nice NON – professional person where I am concerned. She canceled on.me a few times due to unprofessional reasons. She did permanent make up on my eyebrows the way SHE wanted them to be and stretched them way across my forehead. When she was supposed to fix the problem, she didn’t show up, call me back, or reschedule. She also doesn’t own the machine that removes mistakes. I agree she is nice, but that is not what I paid for. I get no compliments on my eyebrows or inquiries on where to get them done and I am now looking for an eyebrow repair shop. Don’t do it!
