I have been going to this place for over 5 years. Only great things to say! Everyone is super nice and nonjudgmental. Some of their technicians are very skillful and detailed. I went here for 7 years, and absolutely loved my brow tech. She decided to relocate to another studio and when I called Brow Envy, they claimed she was sick and on bed rest. When I was able to find my brow tech again she claimed she was never sick and they knew she quit to relocate. How disgusting and unprofessional to claim sickness on someone’s life. They tried to make me an appt with someone else because “ they didn’t know how long my tech would be sick and when she would come back” I would have gladly tried another tech if they were honest, and stated that she was no longer working with them.

They do a great job on threading brows if you are ok with making an appt and them not following appt times. I have used them before and waited, but a short time. This time I again had an appt and I was on time. After 15 minutes of them running late I was told I was next. A woman walked in 20 minutes after my appt time and was taken next. I didn’t know what was going on except there’s 2 people doing brows and 3 people in chairs. I asked the receptionist how much longer and she said the client who just walked in was running 20 minutes late so everyone else’s appt, including mine would be later. I said you didn’t even say to me she’s running late and just left me sitting there. Her brilliant response in a condescending tone: Gayle, deep breath from her, WE HAVE CLIENTS WITH APPTS. WHO SOMETIMES HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 1 1/2 HOURS. Thinking this was the most moronic statement ever….as I walked out.

I was a little bit apprehensive about coming because finding a new brow place can be a hassle and my eyebrows don’t grow normally. My eyebrows grow down so not too many people know how to shape my brows into what I want and are able to elongate them. I had Dani do my eyebrows and she took her time and was very nice throughout the whole process and kept up conversation I didn’t even notice the time pass. Definitely will be coming back and hope this is a new permanent place to do my eyebrows

I’ve frequent this establishment for services quite a many times over the last couple of years. They do a really good job, however, they are notorious for not being on-time. Having an appointment doesn’t mean anything as you will still have to wait almost an hour if not more. Quite frankly I find it very disrespectful of them to not be considerate of their customers time. They really should look at their scheduling practices. I’d rather pay twice as much for a service to have my appointment honored.

Loved how Sheri did my eyebrows and tinting she is very good at what she does, didn’t give them a 5 star because I had a 5.45 appointment and had to wait almost an hour. I’m going back for eyebrow lamination hopefully I won’t have to wait so long. I recommend this place. Eyebrow threading
