Very disappointed after today’s visit… I am not sure what is going on with this business. Before they use to be so nice and welcoming, today they weren’t. I felt very unwelcomed. No one smiled at me, not one said a word to me, just started at me. I don’t come here often, so it was weird to me. The lady I got was new and rude. She rushed threw the whole thing and messed up my eyebrow.. I wish I could up load a picture of it.. 🙁 needless to say, I won’t be coming back even that I filled my thread card.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my brows threaded. I’ve always had great customer service, and they’ve always done a wonderful job on my brows. Until today. They are requiring customers to have mask on, however the employees are not wearing masks. How does that make any sense? I forgot mine in my car and was happy to put one on that they gave me. No big deal at all. However, I’ve had spring allergies all week and literally can’t breath with it over my nose. So I didn’t cover my nose. Again, what’s the point if the employees themselves aren’t wearing a mask? How does that help anyone? I’m not against wearing a mask and I will happily do so when required, but if your going to require your customers to wear a mask, your employees should also be wearing one. The lady asked me to cover my nose and I politely explained that I couldn’t breathe with it over my nose. She just starred at me and said “fine”. Did my brows and I walked out. Once in my car I realized she didn’t do the middle part of my brows and my left brow is shorter than my right. Again, I’ve never had an issue until today. I would have gotten over the brow issue but I won’t be returning simply because of the double standards when it comes to mask guidelines for this store. Don’t expect customers to wear a mask if your employees aren’t going to wear one as well. That’s not how it works.
