My husband and I have been coming here for months to get our eyebrows done. Some do good some could do better. I am doing this post because of something that happened today. As we were waiting to get called our 2 kids were playing in the little play area they have inside the place. When out of nowhere the employee rushes towards my kids and yells at them. They were playing with the foam mat and she literally snatched the pieces from their hands. At the moment, my husband went to get our kids in trouble thinking they had done something wrong, to what we hear her keep complaining and pretty much screaming it out as she told the person getting services about. The lady who did this was one with a facial birthmark around her left eye/eyebrow. I honestly felt soooo mad, they did nothing wrong, they were just playing in the “playing area”. Never going back again, and they just lost many many customers as to all my family goes there. If you have kids I would not go there at all.

I had a terrible experience here! … i had gone before a couple of times and nancy usually does my eyebrows she does a great job if you go look for her i have no complains with NANCY shes great! So i went and she wasnt there so i let this other girl named paulina moreno do my eyebrows… she kept talking to her coworker about really unprofessional stuff… like this guy she was dating and buying her stuff (SUGAR DADDY) and how she met him in mex …so i kindof wanted her to focus on my eyebrows so i started to get worried… so when i saw my eyebrows she needed to even them out so i told her and she fixed them… and i didnt see she had cut me … so when i got home i saw and i called because i wanted to report it i wasnt mad i just wanted to let them know because I understand accidents happen so this girl answered and I explained what happened … she said it was normal!! And i proceeded to tell her it wasnt normal to get cut while getting your eyebrows threaten …so she basically said it was my fault for not stretching my eye enough … which is really dumb to think of like they could have told me to stretch more( which the girl did tell me to do ) so that wasnt the reason she cut me so I proceeded to tell her it wasnt my fault that they cut me … and she said she had a customer and had to go and hung up!… SO I CALLED BACK BECAUSE I WAS A CUSTOMER TOO … she didn’t answer so i waited a while and called back again and told her it was wrong of her to hang up and she said she wasnt the one talking to me which was a lie .. like I recognize her voice… I seriously think this was so unprofessional of them.. like they could have just taken my constructive criticism which i wasnt being rude at all when i first called and i just got blamed and I wouldn’t have gotten this mad .. i will never go back with anyone but nancy… I seriously wish they could teach those girls some manners because they were really disrespectful! … it was awful and i wasnt mad to begin with but there attitude was terrible and unprofessional!

I sat and waited 30 minutes just to be skipped. It’s very frustrating that there is a sign in sheet that doesn’t even get used. I didn’t leave, didn’t lose my spot & was still skipped. A girl had gotten there 10 minutes after I did and was attended before me. I got up & left. I’ll take my business else where.
