This is the second time I visited this brow bar. First time I didn’t not have a good experience,but the lady was very nice, not going to get into detail but I was cut a lot and my brows were VERY UN EVEN .I’m not very picky and I understand that there is no way to having perfect eyebrows but is was sooooo bad. I decided to go back just because the lady was very nice and she was busy so I thought it might of been because she had a lot of people and felt rush. No biggie I understand. I decided to give them another shot. And definitely disappointed My second visit was worse, the person that did my eyebrows was not the first person I had at my first visit. This lady was rude, 1st off I didn’t get what I requested (just a clean up) took me months to grow my eyebrows from the the other girls mistake. She literally did not just took out the bigger hairs but did not touch or shape my eyebrows, thought to myself maybe I didn’t tell her correctly, so I let her know what exactly I wanted. Now the place was not busy at all. And she got upset because she actually had to shape my brows lol and then she left one extra thin and the other hardly touched it so I gave up and just told her to leave it alone and I’ll fix em at home my self. I’m all cut from the thinner eyebrow. I get that u can’t help getting cut sometimes but these cuts are just bad, too deep . I’m highly disappointed! And NEVER going back. I do not recommend it all . My 2 sisters were with me and had the same experience. I’m sorry I didn’t want to leave a review but she was just rude and they definitely need to work on so much stuff

These ladies are so dedicated for good service for eyebrows, tinting and eyelashes. Even though they stay busy they make sure you are satisfied giving enough time and focus on each one. Good and clean place with positive attitudes. Love ’em!!!

A few days ago I went to get my eyebrows done and after she was done I noticed one was thinner than the other one and I told her that the left side looked thinner and the right looked thicker if she could fix it and she said “no they’re the same” and brush it with the little eyebrow brush that she had so I thought it was just me seeing things, until I got home and took a closer look that one was in fact thinner and the lady just didn’t wanna do any extra work
