They made my brows uneven and did not listen to my request. I explicitly said to make them arched, not round, and to not make them thin. I even showed them a picture of how I had gotten them threaded before and they said they would follow my request. Instead, they made one brow thick and arched and the other thin and round. The shape of the thin and round one was very unflattering and way too thin, so I could tell that they had no idea what to do and didn’t want to make my other brow match it. The other brow looked great and followed my request, but I have 2 brows, not 1. I shouldn’t have to ask for both of my brows to look symmetrical when I get them threaded. When I went home I had to try and salvage my brows with tweezers. On top of everything, this place was much more expensive than other brow places I have gone to.

I went to get my eyebrows done and sideburns waxed and she waxed so high that she took off the sideburns that go behind my ear. This left me with uneven sideburns! It’s an unacceptable mistake as you can clearly see where the hair divides; now imagine having to grow back that hair because of someone else’s careless mistake.

My temperature was checked upon arrival and the entire seat was sanitized. The beautician was wearing gloves and mask and best of all, she tied the thread around her neck so it’s not in contact with her mouth. Very hygienic and creative! I went to the salon yesterday for a quick eyebrow threading and was pleasantly surprised by how professional and quick the staff was to adjust to the covid-19 situation. My temperature was checked upon arrival and the entire seat was sanitized. I knew this place existed in the mall but had never tried it before. I’m glad I finally did! I got my eyebrows threaded, and they did a great job! The price was reasonable as well ($12). I’ll definitely go back!!

The young lady that did my eyebrows did a wonderful job. I feel that brow tinting is quite expensive there unnecessarily. But I did like the way it looked. I would only pay that much for a special occasion but not for daily maintenance. Otherwise, the lady that did my brows had wonderful conversation and she had my eyebrows looking absolutely perfect.
