Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my brows threaded and tinted and it started out nice she was welcoming but she took entirely too much hair off they were really thin with a high arch. Tinted my brows really dark made me look so silly. Service was $34 for that alone after i pay she says “no tip ? Smh”. How disgusting of you to ask or require your customers to tip? I have no problem tipping for amazing work but my brows literally look like an upset clown. I got my brows threaded and tinted and it started out nice she was welcoming but she took entirely too much hair off they were really thin with a high arch. Tinted my brows really dark made me look so silly. Service was $34 for that alone after i pay she says “no tip ? Smh”. How disgusting of you to ask or require your customers to tip? Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe business can be under any name but as long as Freda is present I will be there. Freda has been doing my eyebrows for years and has my eyebrows on point. She is very pleasant and it is always nice seeing her greeting you with a smile. My mother and sister also go to Freda for eyebrow threading as well. Freda is very good at threading eyebrows and one of the best in Columbus. If you go to her you would not be disappointed. When some people do your eyebrows they can be lazy and not go back to pluck the missing hair, or cut the long pieces of your hair and not use alcohol after. I walked in the older lady was sitting down eating I didn’t see any customers or any employee but HER she looked me up and down and said I’m on a 15 min break and continued to eat …she didn’t say hello nor did she have a sign up saying she was on break! So this was my first time at the EASTLAND LOCATION ! I walked in the older lady was sitting down eating I didn’t see any customers or any employee but HER she looked me up and down and said I’m on a 15 min break and continued to eat …she didn’t say hello nor did she have a sign up saying she was on break! So I walked out and decided to go to another eyebrow threading called “Artistry threading spa” on east Main Street they did an amazing job !

While I was there 3 customers complained about how she did their brows and she moves so quickly she doesn’t even LISTEN!! I’ve been coming here for years but the older lady Fariedah that takes care of me only works on Wednesday so I had to take my chances with whoever this new girl is. The woman who works here Sunday-Tuesday is the worst! While I was there 3 customers complained about how she did their brows and she moves so quickly she doesn’t even LISTEN!! I’ve been coming here for years but the older lady Fariedah that takes care of me only works on Wednesday so I had to take my chances with whoever this new girl is.
