She is very thourough, informative, and has an extremely beautiful, clean and professional private spa makeup experience. You get to lay down and be extremely comfortable while she works on your makeup.Olivia is AMAZINGLY talented… a true artist! I was so impressed with the length she went to in order to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing before she started applying my eyebrow and eyeliner ink. She carefully mapped out and traced in lines using a marking cord and a measuring tool for symmetry and even tested various ink colors on my skin nearby and let me choose.Her personality is so comforting, professional and accommodating. Her motto is she wants you to be happy because you’re the one who will be wearing the brows or makeup. If you ask for changes or modifications she does not get upset. She truly strives for your complete satisfaction.She researches and only uses the very best pigments. And… if she really believes something will not be flattering she will let you know but she generally gives the customer a ton of leeway. She really takes her time and does not rush you. She’s so kind and pleasant and just a complete pro. She does her own brows and they are gorgeous. She’s so calming to be around.I got the eyeliner and my eyes kept wanting to blink due to the vibration and it took way longer than normal and not once did she come off as losing her patience.She will combine colors to your liking and give you the shape you want on your brows.After your procedure, she’s very thorough with both written and verbal after care instructions as well as touch up procedure instructions. She even sends you home with products and has awesome sales! I got in on a 20% off sale yesterday!I really cannot say enough. It’s very rare that you find an individual or business that is absolutely top of the line in quality, skill, value, cleanliness and service but Olivia at her Brow Babe business has hit an absolute HOME RUN!!!
