I wish I could give them 0 stars.I asked the associate to disinfect the chair after she finished her last customer (I should have left then). Then she got out an eyebrow razor and started arching my brows. I asked her to thread my brows and she said that’s what she does. I could have done my brows at home if she was going to use a razor. Then she changed me $15.00 and the sign said $12.00 for brow threading. And she had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I paid for some knowledge…To never go back there again!! I don’t think anyone from the corporate office cares. I got a chance to vent and warn other people.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMost unprofessional business ever. Arrived at 6:40 and the lady refused to do any other customers even though we arrived ten minutes prior. To make matters even worse, I drove over an hour away to get my eyebrows done. I definitely would not recommend their services. Bobbi’s is for sure the place to go!

I got cluster lashes, and I was pretty dissatisfied with the amount of glue that was plastered onto my eyelashes… but for 25 dollars I suppose I can’t complain… If eyelash extensions were not 200+ I would have looked into those but the service is WONDERFUL. The young man who assisted me was friendly, but while you’re next to my eyeballs I’d love to see hand washing… Wished and hoped the whole time he was a hand washer…

my eyebrows look horrible was hoping to get a clean up and a little shaping but the woman does not know how to do eyebrows. i showed her how i wanted mine done from last time done by a different woman and she ignored me and did her own thing. my eyebrows are so thin and i’m super embarrassed to go out without makeup because of it. will never go back.

The lady that works there did mine and I didn’t realize until I got home but OMG the cluster lashes look awful! There is sooo much glue and it’s uneven!! If I hadn’t have only spent $25 I would go back and complain but honestly it’s not worth my time and I’ll never go back.

The only reason I can’t here is bc Bobbi was closed and that was a big mistake. Next time I’ll do without. I gave 2 stars bc my eyebrows look half way decent but these eyelashes look a ratchet mess. All of this glue on my lids! Lord Jesus! I should have checked the first eye before she started on the 2nd so I could have stopped her. I’ll take this loss and consider it a lesson learned. Nobody touches my face unless I’ve seen their work.
