These new ladies are making brow art look bad. They don’t listen, they hardly know English. I let the lady know I’ve been trying to grow my eyebrows out so I just wanted a “clean”… The lady made my brows extremely thin, left wild outlying hairs. The coworker then tried to put makeup on my eyebrows. After I politely expressed I didn’t like them and is there a solution, she refused to fix her poor work and instead pointed and said “there are cameras.” AS IF I WAS A CRIMINAL.

My eyebrows are not easy to shape evenly because one is strangely thinner than the other and they have somehow figured out at this place how to make them as even as they could possibly be which no one has been able to master.

I’ve been going to her 5+ years and refuse to let anyone else work with my brows. She is professional, concise, and consistent. She always provides the absolute best results!
