Worst place I ever set foot in. I came in with two fine shaped thick eyebrows asked for them to be cleaned up and tinted. I now have two thin brows that are out of shape and one with an arch that’s nearly gone. Eyebrow threading

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo, last time I went to this place was about 3 years ago when I first got to El Paso. Reason I stopped coming was because they made my eyebrows SO thin even after I specified I just wanted them cleaned. Don’t touch the shape, everything. Same thing happened yesterday morning but WORSE. I think they had just opened up and one lady was working. I asked for her to only clean them. When you ask for that I expect them to be cleaned and thats it. She full on changed the shape of my right eyebrow and made it visibly thinner than the left one. The shape of the left was kept just fine but it was thin too. Not happy about this at all. I even posted pictured on Instagram to warn my friends and just through pictures everyone can tell they’re visibly thinner. I went to Sephora right after to buy an eyebrow pen just to fix this up. I still paid because technically she cleaned them but I didn’t even want them even out because maybe she’d even leave me with NO eyebrows. All the other reviews sound like it’s the same rude person still working here, being unprofessional and nothing is being done about it. So, last time I went to this place was about 3 years ago when I first got to El Paso. Reason I stopped coming was because they made my eyebrows SO thin even after I specified I just wanted them cleaned. Don’t touch the shape, everything. While threading they ask you to hold down your eyelid and remove it. I went for an eyebrow threading today. The old lady that did my eyebrows was so ruff that she even cut my eyelid with the threat. While threading they ask you to hold down your eyelid and remove it. Well this lady she would toss my hands away from my brows rather than verbally say “You can remove them now.” The experience was so painful. I gave this place a second chance today, and it was just as bad as my first time here. I don’t know if the ‘artists’ are properly trained or not, because it seems like they just thread off any hair that they can catch, not following any certain shape or anything. Today i told the girl that i wanted to keep the shape and thickness of the brows, I just needed a cleanup. Everything was going okay until i started to feel her pull hairs closer into my brows. My naivety got the better of me, and i let her finish. When she handed me the mirror to see the finished product, my brows were not twins, not sisters, not even COUSINS. Completely different shapes, and thickness. Never going here again, and i will warn everyone i know away from it. Stop hiring impatient, careless, untrained people, and then maybe people will enjoy your services. You should be ashamed of the service you offer.

I usually look forward to going here once a month to get my eyebrows cleaned. Normally, I’d leave satisfied and happy with the results however, my recent visit will be my very last visit. When I arrived, the only employee there was straightening her hair. When she came to thread y eyebrows, her hair was down and so it was all over my face when she was working on my brows. Second, I clearly asked her to clean my eyebrows and nothing else. After her work, I saw in the mirror that she almost left me with no eyebrows. I confronted her about it and she declined and continued to say that she only cleaned it. Clearly, she did more than that because my left brow is so much more thinner than the right side. Very bad job and bad customer service too.

Was excited about this place but it is in desperate need of a secretary. The wait time was very long. People kept leaving angrily while others kept cutting in line by falsely claiming to have written their name down (posing as people who left, etc.) in order to be seen faster. I wasn’t greeted and the stylist didn’t introduce themself. I found the experience to be overall unprofessional. My face wasn’t wiped down before or after, I didn’t get a chance to sanitize my hands beforehand either, and whatever was put on me (the person didn’t explain what it was) irritated my skin instead of soothing it (smelled like alcohol). The actual threading was quick, as painful as threading is, and while I didn’t get the shape I wanted, I was ok with the shape the stylist went with. It’s just a shame the experience was so unsatisfactory.

My friend and i went to get our henna done , one lady told us it would be 15$ for hers and 5$ for me since mine was smaller. Another lady ended up making us pay 25 and 15, i got a super small henna super super small and i dont think it was worth 15 dollars, and idk why they changed the price last minute on us

The last time I came here, the lady doing my eyebrows asked me if I had tried to do with a razor and I said yes, because I had tried to do them with one of those little ones that they sell for brows and she said something that I didn’t understand really angrily and started to thread my brows super aggressively for no reason. I was confused and even when I went to pay she snatched my money and didn’t even look up or say anything while she was charging me. Didn’t even tell me the total, just stared at her register until I gave her the money. Idk what her problem was but I’m never, ever going back.
