I do not recommend this place if you like your eyebrows. They’ve ruined my brows many times. I’ve tried so many techs and they all thin out my brows too much, and leave holes in them. I can’t believe a place specialized in eyebrows can do such a poor job.

This place is nota good place . For one thing the lady could hardly understand what I was saying. So she tinted my eyebrows and my hair is dark blonde. That’s my natural color and she tinted my brows black, BLACK!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I just wanted to cry when I looked in the mirror. I mean it’s been three weeks or more now and they are just starting to look normal.

This place is hit or miss. I went once and my brows looked amazing. The second time I went the young lady with one hand did my brows and overall the were thin but one was thicker than the other. I was honestly devastated. I doubt I will try this place again Eyebrow threading

I have been growing my brows out for a while now to get them thick, I tell the lady to keep them thick and keep the shape… she thins them out SO bad and there is no resemblance to the brows I had before coming here. This is the second time this has happened. I only come here out of convenience but would not recommend to anyone who actually likes their brows.

When I was at the mall today I needed my eyebrows done and wanted to try this “string method” rather than the traditional waxing. The process was actually VERY painful and took longer than getting my eyebrows waxed. The woman who did them was very nice but kept telling me to “hold my eyes with my hand” which was very weird. I thought that this would be less painful than waxing but it wasn’t.

This place has weird people. I think it is some kind of a habit that they say “Your eyebrows are messed up” When i told them i got it done here a month ago, they change it to “Ohh its the extras”. 0/5 when it comes to customer service.

It is currently 630pm on a Sunday evening and I was hoping to get a quick clean up on my eyebrows at Brow Art 23 in the Arrundel Mills mall when I saw the only lady in the booth, I told the woman I want my eyebrows to grow thicker so just a clean up. As she began I noticed she was rushing through the simple clean up and was hoping she was going to show me something I could smile about. Once she finished with my eyebrows and handed me the mirror I quickly noticed one eyebrow was super thin and arched higher than the other. The other side was rounded out and thick from the beginning to the end of my eyebrow. I began to tear up and told the woman she took off too much and she just stood there looking at me as if she didn’t understand a word I was saying. I really don’t appreciate the horrible service of putting my trust into Brown Art 23 thinking they would take care of my eyebrows that I am EXTREMELY adamant about. Thinking about this makes me want to cry and hide in my house until they grow back. I beg anyone who reads this PLEASE DO NOT BRING BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
