i am in no way a perfectionist nor do i expect everyone to be one and i never judge a store or anything on 1 experience so that’s why i kept going here around 5 times but every time they mess up the shape of my brows and don’t even clean it up well, there’s always so much hair left. i am done going here. i do not recommend

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. Idk what her name was but the lady that did my eyebrows messed them up so badly. My left eyebrow has an arch so high i always look curious. Its too thin and i already have a problem with that eyebrow thinning. I was so unhappy and she didnt even apologize. She just went on and acted like it was alright. NEVER GO HERE

I went here to get my eyebrows done and I have only been going here at the time. The last time I went, it was dead and you can hear them in the back. So I make a noise letting them know I’m there and they greet me and stuff but don’t go outside. They continue chatting away while i’m waiting there for 10 ish minutes. I had work coming up so I didn’t have time to just wait so I left. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Like it makes sense why this store is always empty. Cuz it sucks.

Horrible! I asked the lady for my eyebrows not to be too thin… but what does she do? Make them thin. They were thin and horrible the lady who was threading my eyebrows does not know how to shape nor clean up an eyebrow. Would not recommend.
