‼️Cut my skin‼️I always get my eye brows done here and there is one particular lady who always presses hard with the thread. She hadn’t been there in a while and yesterday I happened to get her so I wanted to give her another chance. Well she cut my skin not once, not twice, but THREE times ! I even told her she was pressing really hard but she did not stop. At the time my eyebrows were just read but this morning when I woke up I had scabs from where she cut me!! I will be calling once they open to complain. I live out of town so I would go in person.

3/29/2022 – My first time here, the lady was rude I guess because I interrupted the phone call she was on. It really showed, she left me with several cuts on my eyebrows. She busted the thread on me 2x and still kept on with the fast, rough pace. Without even one apology. Terrible & painful experience!!!

I went there today, paid for my friend and i to get our eyebrows done, and was charged 3 different times. a total of $50 for 2 people!! Its $10 each. The first charge, she added a tip before I even wrote one down and swiped my card before i even signed the receipt. Then tried to say that the charge didn’t go through. Then yet again charged me for $5 more dollars before saying i didn’t have enough to pay for it. When I pulled up my bank account and it showed the three different charges, all she told me was i needed to pay for the brows. When i said it already charged me, she deleted the other transaction (the $5 one that she showed me on the screen) and tried to say that nothing went through. Do not recommend this place for anyone. And i will be returning tomorrow (i work right across the way) and dealing directly with the manager.

They completely butchered my daughter’s eyebrows. It took two other women to make them semi presentable. They are still too thin and very uneven. My daughter came home in tears. She’s 17 so she didn’t know any better than to just pay and leave. Never again

Got my eyebrows threaded here today and I hate it. She threaded it too thin after I told her to keep it thick and its uneven. This is my 2nd bad experience, never doing my eyebrows in LBK again. I’d rather walk around with my werewolf eyebrows.
