Trina was working and is so sweet. She had a great energy about her and did such a BEAUTIFUL job. Now Brow Art is my daughter’s favorite go-to place in the mall. As a single Dad, I hit a homerun with her! Next time I’m going to brave getting my brows done too!!! Brought my daughter by for her first eyebrow threading and markup assistance and she had the BEST time ever!!! Trina was working and is so sweet. She had a great energy about her and did such a BEAUTIFUL job. Now Brow Art is my daughter’s favorite go-to place in the mall. As a single Dad, I hit a homerun with her! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe Brow Art 23 in Kansas was AMAZING. Unfortunately, I went into this location looking for the same quality and customer service standards. The service quality varies and there is only one decent aesthetician (Shira) who won’t be there much longer. The customer service is the biggest flaw of this establishment and why I will not be back, nor will I continue to recommend them to anyone. New management decided to stop taking customers under the age of 16, meaning my daughter could no longer get hers done here. If you look young, you’ll get grilled on your age. You’re constantly treated you like you’re just another number and just want to get you pushed out the door. It doesn’t matter how you want your brows done, they will do it how they want to, which have been uneven or super thin during my experiences. (The manager is the worst at doing them!) Three different times, I was instructed to wait outside the doors for 20-30 minutes because I couldn’t sit on the waiting room couch while they ate lunch. Also, despite calling in advance and confirming that they take their last client at 8:30, they will still close half an hour early and turn you away, even though it was a 30 minute drive to get there. If I’m giving you my money, I deserve much better treatment than I have experienced here. Apparently, a lot of dissatisfied customers started going around the corner to Eyebrows by Corrina. The Brow Art 23 in Kansas was AMAZING. Unfortunately, I went into this location looking for the same quality and customer service standards. The service quality varies and there is only one decent aesthetician (Shira) who won’t be there much longer.
