I went to get my eyebrows done yesterday here 11/5/22 around 7:25 ish last night and got my eyebrows arched by I believe her name is “pouron” and she definitely did not take her time to do it, she rushed through it, and I had to ask her to touch it up some more because it was not how I wanted it. Which she did but she half did them. I did not realize how bad of a job she did until I got home and looked very closely in the mirror where I had better lighting. Not only this is the first time she’s done I’m this but this was the second time. If you’re not going to do your job right, do not do it at all!!! I shoplifting have never even gave you a $5 tip because you definitely did not deserve it. You may have had a long day at work but it should be no excuse for you to half do your job

Great ladies. Do wonder work. All customer are happy when they leave. The provide various services. Brows, lip, chin, full face, legs, hennas, makeup, and eyelash extensions. Pricing are fair. Usually one lady works at a time, so you may have to wait. But during busy times two ladies work. But they are pretty quick. Usually takes about 15mins to get done. Also the place is very clean.

THIS IS NOT HOW A YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER ( PAINFUL) .The lady in west county mall behaviour was very rude, the worst experience I have ever been through. She messed up my eyebrows. She didn’t even ask my requirements before she started doing my eyebrows, I tried to explain my requirements for threading, she didn’t even care to listen and did my eyebrows really really bad. Upon completion, she didn’t even ask me anything, she went directly to the cash counter, asking for my card. She didn’t gave me the liquid or wipe off the excess brow hair. Worst service I have ever been through so far.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis little store caught my eye and figured why not let’s give it a try. I decided to give threading a try. As I’m in the chair the lady says do you want tint for eyebrows. So I gave that a try. She asked me what color I said light brown as I have bright blonde hair. When she handed me the mirror I wanted to cry. The color was so dark it made me look pale. She told me two to three weeks it would last. I requested my money back. I then check my online banking and she helped herself to a ten dollar tip.I still have yet to get my refund. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame here 3 years ago twice and stopped because there’s an older lady there who had messed up my eyebrows pretty bad the last time. Came back today to give it one more chance and I regret it, I asked the lady to just do a clean up but she ended up shorting one of my eyebrows and attempted to change the arch of them. When I checked out she asked me how much I wanted back because I paid with cash, that made me feel uncomfortable, shouldn’t I get my change back first and then you let me decide if I want to tip? Who ever the older lady with the orange/brown hair is really rude and does NOT know how to thread. Came here 3 years ago twice and stopped because there’s an older lady there who had messed up my eyebrows pretty bad the last time. Came back today to give it one more chance and I regret it, I asked the lady to just do a clean up but she ended up shorting one of my eyebrows and attempted to change the arch of them. I’ve been going here for about a year now and have never had a bad experience! It has reasonable prices, they work VERY fast, and my eyebrows always look amazing! I have very sensitive skin as well and have never had a problem. I’m never going back to waxing!
