I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted here and NEVER AGAIN. She took too long. She tried to convince me of the color that would work for me when I KNEW what would work for me, and when she was done, IT WAS TOO DARK and she overlapped the tint. Like I knew it would. Unorganized. Sloppy. She was all over that’s why she didn’t notice that she was taking too long with the tint. Ladies, eyebrow tinting lasts, so you can imagine how sad I feel knowing I’m going to look like this for a good week..

Me and my daughter went today. The lady who did my eyebrows was nice but both my eyebrows were uneven. She didn’t even clean them with alcohol. The lady who did my daughters eyebrows was not friendly and she threaded her eyebrows with spaces in one of her eyebrows. And gave her alcohol to clean herself. I won’t be going back. Ever!!!!!

Do not waste your time or money. I went here today to have my eyebrows threaded and they are so uneven. Terrible. When I pointed out that they were uneven she said, “I did them that way since you said you were growing them out.” I did not say this or anything like this and to do them uneven makes no sense. She was very rude. She did not clean up or use alcohol. Horrible experience.

I went in for a clean up and ended up leaving with thin eye brows. As the girl was doing my eyebrows I reminded her that I only wanted a clean up and she said yes that’s fine. I could tell that they were thinner than they usually are just by how irritated my skin was beginning to feel. When she finally finished they were super thin, my skin was irritated and she still had the audacity to say I came in with that size of an eyebrow. The other person with her even said that they were too thin. I was still forced to pay for this awful service.

Yeah it’s bad. I wanted a clean up. Right off the bat I’m told to hold my eyebrows to keep the skin taut for threading. My skin is oily and my fingers slipped a bit and the woman doing my eyebrows basically scolds me for moving. Yeah jeez I’m sorry, lady. She says, “I told you not to move. If you move it messes me up.” I keep still the rest of the session. I wasn’t offered witch hazel even though my eyebrows are red. I was told, “You’re lucky you got me cause with you moving an inexperienced person would have done a bad job.” I paid and left. She was really rude. I was told her name is Jasmine. This is the store next to Bed Bath and Beyond. Don’t go there. Instead, visit Dina at the other end of the mall near Old Navy. I had to get my eyebrows fixed and she was patient. She helped make my eyebrows look even!

Awful awful awful!!!! Eyebrows are fvckd!!! I have scratches and bumps. My wife asked for the lady to make changes after and she refused! She gave some bs explanation about the “natural eyebrow line”…if I wanted my natural eyebrow line I would’ve just kept my natural brows. Never ever going here again. Super expensive for a horrible job! This is what happens when i cheat on my eyebrow lady! Its not clean and they thinned out my eyebrows so bad! Had to go to my original person to finish the job! Horrible! Expect this to be flawless since its 11 for eyebrows!!!

I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. Every time I go to Brow Art 23 there is a line of ladies waiting to be served. I have been getting my eye brows threaded for over 20 years and been using this place for at least 5. Their work is great and the shop is always clean.
