Critical: ProfessionalismI was a regular here for a long time until I went in there a few days ago asking to be very gentle due to the acne medication I’m on. She was still rough even though I asked very nicely. Now 3 days later my left eye is almost swollen shut and red all the way up to my eyebrow line. Going to pay hundreds of dollars to fix whatever infection they gave me. I was a regular here for a long time until I went in there a few days ago asking to be very gentle due to the acne medication I’m on. She was still rough even though I asked very nicely. Now 3 days later my left eye is almost swollen shut and red all the way up to my eyebrow line. Going to pay hundreds of dollars to fix whatever infection they gave me. Never ever going back here.

Your establishment and customer service is TRASH. Close down completely. You don’t deserve to be a business. If I could do more to make sure you don’t have any more customers due to the unprofessionalism/the way you messed up my brows I would do it. Don’t come to this trash establishment unless you want your brow practically cleaned off completely to miniature size brows. Thank God for Anastasia Beverly Hills brow definer because if it wasn’t for that product they’d look like complete trash. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI’ve gotten the full face threading here a few times now, and the woman always does a fantastic job! I believe she’s the manager, I’m not totally sure, but she’s really sweet and she always takes good care of me. She’s put on the temporary eyelashes for me a few times too, and she does a great job with them!! I’m obsessed with eyelash extensions now! I’ve gotten the full face threading here a few times now, and the woman always does a fantastic job! I believe she’s the manager, I’m not totally sure, but she’s really sweet and she always takes good care of me. She’s put on the temporary eyelashes for me a few times too, and she does a great job with them!! I’m obsessed with eyelash extensions now! I’ll keep going back.
