The eyebrow threading is always amazing. The lady talked me into buying a product and trying it. The product was horrible! Very cheap for an expensive price. Had to put up a fight for them to give me my money back! Do not buy their products. They wanted me to keep it because they say they have never had a complaint. Every one is different! The eye brow tinting is a super cheap product! Not worth it!

I have always gotten my brows done here and I’m never disappointed. They know exactly what they are doing. I’m always nervous to get my eyebrows done because mistakes happen but I’ve never had a problem here. I’m only talking about the threading, I’ve never tried any of the other services.

I vowed to never let anyone thread my eyebrows anymore after 1 visit here. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for the past 7 years and this one was probably the worst. I don’t live in Rochester, MN but was due for a cleaning. There was a woman who sat behind the counter on the phone. She approached the girl who was next up but that girl requested for another woman. So, that woman behind the counter came towards me. I specifically told her not to thread my eyebrows a certain way but she didn’t seem to listen. My eyebrows turned out exactly what I told her not to do. I told her how I wanted it fixed. She attempted to fix it then handed me the mirror. My eyebrows were very thin and uneven! It looked like two different eyebrows on my face. I wanted to cry but told her I will just pay for it and fix it at home.

This is the only place in town to get your eyebrows threaded. Many other places over tweeze. I go here to get thick, but well-defined eyebrows. Even if you don’t have much eyebrow to work with they are able to clean things up and it adds definition. They also have a punch card that helps to earn a free eyebrow threading! All the ladies are friendly and do a great job!

Amazing place, but only if you get the owner! Otherwise don’t let anyone else do you eyebrows. They left a huge bald spot on my step-daughters eyebrows, completely uneven, and also she was bleeding, and it took almost 40 min just for this person to do them. It normally only take 5 min.
