I’ve gotten my brows done here plenty of times and they’ve done great. But, today I was gonna stop by at 11am (an hour after they’re supposed to be open) and the lights were off and door locked. The sign said they were open however, which was really confusing.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been to multiple eyebrow threader shops and have never been unsatisfied with their work.I was recenty here on a trip to the Mall and decided to get my eyebrows done and the girl that did them pushed so hard on my skin that she literally cut me under my brows.All she said was “oh you have a little Nick but it should be better in a couple of hours” . It’s been 3 days and both of my eyes have cuts from her. I came here with my daughter we both got our eyebrows done here. Both of the Indian ladies did amazing work. The lady that did my upper lip and eyebrows did a great job. I believe her name was madhai. Hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly. She was great!!

Horrible threading and customer service! Worst eyebrows I’ve ever had. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had a terrible experience here and wanted to warn others about this place. She rushed even though there was just one other person in the shop. I asked for just a clean up, she did not listen and instead I got thin eyebrows with a messed up shape and she overtrimmed them leaving a gap in the front part of my left brow. I shared my disappointment in a calm manner but she did not own up to her mistakes she argued with me disrespectfully in front of other customers. So unprofessional!! Do not go here

I generally don’t write reviews but this needs to be heard so that you guys are not only annoyed but safe as well.11/19- My wife went in to get her eyebrows threaded, after 15 mins what I see was bruises and swelling, moreover my wife was disrespected and badly treated like under the cover of “professionalism”Post this already concerned(looking at my wife’s condition) I wanted to talk with the employees and specifically one who mistreated my wife, being very civil and respectful I put my point that all I need is an apology for the mistreatment that went towards my wife, but to my surprise the lady was so defensive that she started complaining that even I was raising my voice. I was so taken by this that I thought it’s better to leave because the lady was not even letting me talk and that was frustrating me a lot. This incident not only spoiled our evening but also I’m never ever going back there again.Guys beware of this center! Literally THE worst staff work here. I explicitly told the lady who was threading my eye brows to just shape up and not take out a lot and she literally took out my entire brow on one of my eyes. Mind you I had been growing out my brows. This picture is the end result
