To add to your response , yes I went to Jordan Creek mall one in west des moines and yes you don’t have me as a customer under this name. The lady who did mine was wearing scarf and had a 5-6 months old baby, she only kept saying good good and would not even understand when I asked her to stop as it was hurting. At one point I had to turn my head away so that she can stop. Your response is as disgusting as your service.

This morning I stop by this location, trying to get a service, but the lady was in the phone, I ask if she had the time to give me service, she only move the head, and I set, and waited for her, but she was keeping talking in the phone for at least 20 min, I just left the store, I’m glad I left.

I went in here with untouched eyebrows after two months and wanted threading. The beautiful establishment is a cover for the horrible job done on my eyebrows. She hardly threaded them and then plucked them so thin I nearly cried before I left. Literally. They look like I was back in the 90s, and very swollen from the constant plucking. It looked like they weren’t even threaded at all. Horrible. I was so embarrassed to even walk through the mall to leave. And then I struggled to fill them with makeup as I’ve never had to do so and they were just so thin they have no shape. Never again. Never. They coulda kept their punch card. I dont see how they could make up for the job they did. A refund wouldn’t even do justice.

Today 5/6/2022 I went in to get my eye Brows done with wax at 2:35in. The lady did not greet, only said $21 ok, and took on to doing my eyebrows. She was on the phone with someone else and kept pausing to text message. I wanted to give her give her a chance since I had hopes that she had good skills although lacking her customer service skills. I will never come back, she took max 21mins, was not friendly at all, and was on 2 different calls all while doing my eye brows. I would not even give her a 1.

21$ to get eyebrows threaded and you’re not told of the price increase until after. kiosk downstairs does it for 10$. i wouldn’t complain if they did a good job but both times i’ve gone here i have to go home and fix it up myself because the ladies never listen and the lines are never straight. go literally anywhere else

2 stars is generous of me. I have mostly had a good experience here but today I went to get my eyebrows done and I have never been more disappointed. I started crying before I even left the place because my eyebrows were so uneven. Needless to say women who did my eyebrows does not belong in this business.

I had the absolute worst eyebrow threading experience that i have ever had here. I have been trying to let my eyebrows grow thicker for the past two years, and the lady threaded off 2/3 of my eyebrow. I wanted only to have the edges cleaned up and she took off a good portion of both the top and bottom, and did a terrible job of shaping them as well. I have never seen such a terrible job done anywhere, and i have been to several different places. Needless to say i will not be going back here. This business should not be allowed to provide such a terrible quality of services.

I used to love this place. I’ve been getting my brows done here for like a year and there is one girl who does my brows well. But there are so many different people working here it’s ridiculous. I went in yesterday to get my brows touched up. The girl made my brows extremely thin. I’m beyond upset! Don’t go here. I have specific instructions and she just pretended to know what I was saying and proceeded to do what she wanted.
