I dropped in to see the prices of their services – wasn’t too bad so I decided to treat myself to shaping and tinting of my brows. She took off SO MUCH HAIR that my brows are so thin!! And she shaped one borw more square AND the other brow is more rounded. They look nothing alike! To say I was so hurt is an understatement. Horrible job.. made one eyeybrow shorter then the other and then tried arguing with me that my eyebrows were already like that when i know they werent like that at all. Never again will i go there. Eyebrow threading

I typically come here all the time to get my brows done and they do a decent job. But I come here on a Wednesday evening At 7 and they’re closed with a “will be back at 7:30” sign. With the mall closing st 9 and being closed 2 hours before closing you lose loyal business

This lady is very unprofessional!! She always messes my eyebrows and asks for tip as if I have to have to give her!! ” oh, you want to add tip in your bill or you giving in cash”? After you mess my eyebrow, you still expecting tip. Plus, tips are for job well done and show appreciation voluntarily. You cannot simply ask!! Even when I give her cash, she asks how much tip? It’s like, give my money and I will decide how much to give!! Ugh! She doesn’t deserve any stars at all. She needs to close down this place!!!

Unhappy with my service. No customers other than me, no friendly hello. She rushed through my service (brow and lip) wordlessly, never checking back with me. The hairs were flying everywhere, in my nose and mouth. She was done in like 6 minutes, didn’t treat the skin with anything, or provide me a mirror to see the result. She threaded my eyebrows so thin, I cannot stand them, but there was nothing I could do. They were uneven in length! I was so shocked and rushed, I started crying in the car after looking more at the result. I even tipped her at the time. No thank you whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN! She was the first chair closest to the register.

I love getting my eyebrows done here but i wont be back. i didnt drive 25 minutes to get there and there be a sign that says be back soon and when its past the time it says theres gonna be back and still no one show. Definitely lose customers that way.
