My very first and last time in this place! I only came here because I was already in the mall and I was desperate and on my way to work. Mind you I waited patiently wow Fatemeh Mirzari finished her conversation with a previous client. So as it was my turn to get in the chair to have my lip threaded, she began to rush through the process. At the end I asked her for an additional napkin to wipe my mouth she acted as though that irritated her. She printed up my receipt before I even got to the desk not knowing if I wanted to do debit or credit. Then when she gave me the slip to sign she wasn’t even allow me time to sign the slip before she was literally trying to shove my debit card back in my face. I’m assuming she got irritated again because she saw I wasn’t leaving her a (cash) tip. And that’s because she didn’t deserve one and from now on I’m going to stay away from her kind I learn how to do my own lip and brow/ facial care!…..I don’t care what location what business of theirs you go to they all act rude and nice nasty!) One thing for certain about me is you can’t do me but once & take my money at the same time…. on the other hand, businesses wonder why they have to put up going out of business/store closing signs. It’s because when you don’t treat people right Karma always comes back to bite…. remember that when your store is the next to close!

Rude and racist. I went in to get my eyebrows done and my husband and 2 daughters were with me. The 2 ladies that were in there took a while to acknowledge me and we were the only customers in the store. When one finally decided to look up from her phone and acknowledge me, she asked was I the only one getting my eyebrows done. When I answered her “yes” she walked past me and whispered to the other employee, “he needs it” referring to my husband. When I asked her if she said something, she said “nothing, I was just talking to my friend”. I’m not deaf and I’m definitely not slow catching onto side comments. So I decided to leave and as I stood and said “never-mind” one of the ladies shrugged as if she didn’t care while giggling with the other. I’m an out of town guest and I get my eyebrows done on a regular so mine weren’t out of shape, and my husband has beautiful thick eyebrows that I’d never want him to touch even if he wanted to. I wish I could rate them with a “0” but since “1” is the lowest, it’ll have to do. Very unprofessional

I have naturally thick eyebrows and they made them super thin. I would not recommend if you have a good shape they don’t know how to clean up. She also took off too much on my one side. Super bummed.

The usual woman that is there churns through customers. People are in and out. Worst arch I’ve ever got. It was not neat and It’s pretty easy to achieve with my thick brows. She seemed agitated when I told her how I like them. She took my money and walked away. No thanks.

The customer service was HORRIBLE! The customer service rep was talking to another person in their language while I was waiting for service. When she completed her conversation, she sat at the front desk for awhile doing something. After the long unnecessary wait she came to provide service, and she was not friendly at all. She did a good job on my eyebrows.

Awful customer service. Walk in they tell me both employees are taking a 30 minute break. Really?! Anyways, I shop around come back 5 minutes til and awaitbin sitting room. One employ comes back says other employee won’t return for 30 more minutes, and kicks me and other customer out. The owner needs to wisen up and hire better or if it is the owner they need to respect the customers or end up broke.

ZERO STARS…I had horrible service today. My brows were not done correctly, I advised her that I would like them redone. She had an attitude and was trying to explain that I dont have brows in the side so she cant give me an arch which has been done time and time again so I was just like well can you at least even them up and she wanted to keep arguing with me but I was not un the mood for an argument so she was like if you dont like it, you dont have to pay and just leave so I just got up…I’M OVER IT, WON’T BE BACK!!!

I came into the Wolfchase location at 8:45 and was told that they were closed. She was very unprofessional and I said to her that y’all close at 9 and she still wouldn’t do my eyebrows. She was sitting there on her phone beside her daughter. Who brings their kids to work in a place like that. That’s a safety hazard. I WILL NOT EVER GOT BACK THERE!
