I always love the work I get done here (including this visit), but there was a sign up saying they would return in 15 minutes from lunch. This was completely fine, but no one came up front for well over 20 minutes despite them already being in the back when we got there, indicating that they were already in the middle of their break. There were 4 customers waiting and 2 or 3 employees, and it seemed unprofessional that not one person attempted to come up once their 15 minute break was up despite having a store full of customers. They had no urgency to serve us, but once they did come out, everyone was friendly. The situation was just a little irritating because they could see all of the customers and no one even attempted to stick their head out of the break room to say they would be coming out soon.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my eyelashes done yesterday for 30$. First she did not clean my eyelashes or the tools or her hands. I waited while they were talking and on their phones for like 10 minutes. Second when she started she used so much professional glue my eyes was glued shut. She was scrubbing my eyes with a napkin trying to hold my eyes open because it was burning so bad. She did the eyelashes VERY thick and uneven. Now I can’t get these eyelashes off. I got my eyelashes done yesterday for 30$. First she did not clean my eyelashes or the tools or her hands. I waited while they were talking and on their phones for like 10 minutes. I was a walk- in on a Sunday. I got a brow tint and my eyebrows threaded I am not a fan of threading but allowed her to do it anyway. The tint job was A-1 usually when I get tint my don’t last mine has already lasted two weeks and still looks good. Her thread work was OK as well but I still like wax..but I will return for the tint work

I specifically told the women that did my brows that I wanted them to stay thick and I just wanted them to be shaped up. She ended up cutting them down way too short and making them super thin. I feel like she didn’t care what I really wanted and she just wanted to get them done so I could leave. I am now self conscious about my brows as they are so thin and they used to be thick and pretty.

I ALWAYS come here to get my brows done! Last night I walked in about 12 minutes before they closed. And they told me they were closed. So I asked them what time they closed since it says 9 online and she responded 9:00. I informed her it wasn’t even 9 pm yet and she “oh well we are still closed” was extremely rude and brushed me off. I’ll never go here again just from how she acted.

My wife went in there and she noticed the manager was yelling at one of the younger employees. During their argument, they made a slip on her eyebrows (one eyebrow is lower than the other). I went in and kindly asked for a refund. The manager refused and claimed she wasn’t the manager (not sure if she was the manager or lied about it). Her first response was that, “these things don’t always turn out perfectly “. She proceeded to talk in another language to the younger employee who made the mistake, as if criticizing her again (very unprofessional). I don’t care if it’s perfect, just make them somewhat symmetrical. You got her looking like she has a permanent expression of Duane “The Rock” Johnson, when he gives the eyebrow.

This place is awful. I told them I wanted just a clean up because I liked my brows thicker and the way they are. It took me so long to grow out and finally have the full natural brows I’ve been wanting. The woman nodded and said okay. At the end she completely butchered my brows and I ended up with 2 thin lines across my face! I was furious because she did not listen to a word I said! Get with the times, no one does thin brows anymore!!!!!!!!

Don’t recommend to do your brows here. They leave your brows really skinny EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM NOT TO. This place is just straight up trash they ruin your beautiful thick eyebrows and turn them into stick figures. Might as well pluck them at home and ruin them yourselves. The service is horrible they will talk while they do your eyebrows to the lady next to them and not pay attention to your brows. They also always have some type of attitude. DONT RUIN YOUR BROWS ! Don’t waste your time even going there the wait is horrible.
