I come here often to get my eyebrows threaded. The usual lady I like wasn’t there, so there was another blonde lady that did them this last time. I expect for my brows to just be cleaned up not for them to make an executive decision to thin my eyebrows to half the size without asking me first. Needless to say I was super disappointed. My eyebrows are now paper thin which is not at all what they were before. Her name was Hanna Botros. She was not very nice either & had an attitude. I even noticed after each person paid, she rated herself 5 stars on their behalf (including myself) so when I got the email to give feedback I couldn’t, because she had already done it for me. I don’t recommend. AT ALL.

Anyone thinking of coming here, DONT. The lady that did my eyebrows was nice , but the one that messed up my moms eyebrows and tinted her skin along with half her forehead was extremely rude when my mom asked the lady to fix them. do not recommend this place, too much of unnecessary attitude when they’re asked to fix their mistakes.

I got my eyelashes done. Then the system was closed and they took about 30 minutes for them to just take a picture of my boyfriends ID and they wanted a picture of his DEBIT CARD. What the heck?? Then the lashes fell off. THEY USED CLUSTER PEICES. They fell off together, about 10 minutes after on the way home. They want me to come in the morning and pay them. For what? EYELASHES THAT CAN’T STAY ON FOR LONGER THAN 10 minutes. They fell off and looked like strip lashes. Never ever go there for that service.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueThis place deserves to get 0 stars. They are rude, prejudice and will not service male customers, at least from the female employee that was there today. They had me waiting for 30 minutes and even asked me if I had cash to pay for the services just to end up telling me when I was next in line that they only do women customers. There was a whole group of customers in there and I’ve never been so embarrassed for wanting to get my eyebrows touched up. This place deserves to get 0 stars. They are rude, prejudice and will not service male customers, at least from the female employee that was there today. They had me waiting for 30 minutes and even asked me if I had cash to pay for the services just to end up telling me when I was next in line that they only do women customers. I’m not quite certain about the customer service but I’m quite happy with the results every time I get my brows done here. I’m not a fan of chatting with people except for letting them know what I want and then when I have to pay them. I just want my brows to look shapped with my natural thickness which they always do. I would recommend coming here and it’s pretty cheap, only $11.00.
