I went in to have my eyebrows, lip and chin threaded as a rotating service between laser hair removal treatments. The last time I came in, they made my eyebrows much thinner than I liked, so I didn’t come in for a long time. I was sure to fill in my eyebrows, this time, before going in to ensure they would not go thinner.

I have been going to get my eyed one here for years! I have the same lady do it every time . I have only had an issue 1 time and that was years ago . And it was someone else who did my brows that messed them up. I waited for them to grow back out , then had my Original lady do them. Now I refuse to get them done if she is not there . I’ll go an extra week if she is not there to do them. I’ve tried the Opry Mills mall location also, and I was not happy with them.

They have like two people who switch days I guess and the lady I normally go to was out or not working today but another lady was I specifically told her I wanted my eyebrows thick don’t thin them she said she understood when she got done she showed a quick glance with a little mirror I didn’t see the problem I went to a near by bathroom and it was horrible I was missing parts of my eyebrow , there was no arch , and it don’t even look like they’ve been done at all

My wife has been here on several occasions due to convenience and time. They changed the women they had doing the threading. Since they have changed them it has been on and off as far as quality. Today she went in and while getting the threading done, The ladies began arguing. My wife was the innocent bystander who in the end fell Victim. One side looks decent… The other side looks like the lady had a stroke while threading.

I went yesterday on 5/13 and I experienced worst service ever from Marian Saleh she was very rude and rough she was threading so hard causing me to jump telling I need to be still before she takes my skin off huffing and puffing did a rush job put plenty of color on while asked her not too. When finished she just walked away on over to counter then another worker came over and rated my service a 5 star for me n went to the back by this time I’m furious so while paying I clicked no tip then Marian saleh held her hand out and asked for a tip like seriously I won’t be returning

I have been getting my eyebrows done here for the last 10 months. Some visits were better than others; I also go to get mine cleaned up and try to keep my eyebrows thicker. One time they made them too skinny, but they still looked good.

Do not go here. Wish I could post pictures of the monstrosity they did to me. I had been growing my brows out for months so I could have some type of shape. The lady in there let me leave with two completely uneven brows. Once I saw them for myself I went back inside and asked them to fix them. I just wanted them even. I didn’t care if they were the perfect shape/arch. Make them look like sisters. She had me lay down. I swear I lost control when she finished for the 2nd time and handed me the mirror. I guess she didn’t know how to make them even other than completely removing one. Are you serious? I said I just want them even. At that point she said I didn’t have any hair left. (INSERT EYE ROLL) I laughed when she asked me to lay down for a 3rd time. Trick me twice shame, but you weren’t taking the other one too. Also signed my receipt for $11 and they charged my account $21. I could not continue to argue with them about my awful eyebrows so I am having to go through my bank to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Love having my brows threaded here. It’s easier to get in and out during the week as opposed to the weekend. My service has always been good and the prices are affordable as well.

I wish I could give negative stars on this. I have gotten my eye brows threaded for years and have always had positive experiences. I recently moved to the area so I started going to the rivergate mall brow art 23 instead of the opry mills one. I have been 2 times and after this one I will for sure never be back and I will make the drive to opry mills. The girls in there do not know what they are doing. It was the most painful experience, she pulled out each individual hair and I was expecting them to be perfect but they were the farthest from ok. They were completely uneven, completely jacked up. I wish I could post a picture they are so awful I cried. I paid and said I will never be back. If you want your eyebrows to look good do not go here and make the extra drive to opry mills. Awful. Awful. Awful!!!!
