I used to go to this location every 2 weeks at least Nicole was amazing at this location, I told all my family and my friends about how good she is and they all started going there but since is gone it just got the worse and worse. Her sister was in today and she was extremely rude!!! She missed up my eyebrows and she was giving me attitude on top of that telling me I came in just like that!!! Knowing that I have the perfect eyebrows and I take good care of them :)!! I will never recommend her to anyone or recommend this location!! Very disrespectful !!!

I’ve previously come to location and had no issues. However there is a new employee , she has blonde/grey hair and she is an eyebrow butcher. I know eyebrow threading isn’t a comfortable service but she was literally ripping at my brow with the thread. The thread felt stuck in my brow and instead of releasing the thread she proceeded to tug at it multiple times until it ripped my hair out. The eyebrows were two completely different shapes and I had to ask her to correct one of them and it still looked a mess.

The problem it’s the only Threading salon in South Tampa. It is obviously over priced and there is always a long wait .They need to have two technicians especially on a Saturday.
