I would give 0 stars for terrible customer service. I walked in at 6:50pm to get my eyebrows done and the three employees inside told me they were closed. When I asked what time they closed they told me 7:00pm, but refused to do my eyebrows because they said they needed to input things on their computer. There was one employee on the computer and the other two were playing on their phones.

Was hesitant because of the reviews already on here but they were PHENOMENAL! I like my brows thick and just made sure to tell them that and asked for “just a clean-up” for today, and she did just that while restoring life to my brows. She was quick, precise, and I didn’t feel as much pain as I normally do with threading. Just be specific in what you want and they will perform, really loving my eyebrows! Thank you! 🙂

I will give zero stars if I could this place has terrible customer service and the employees are very rude. I called early to check to make sure I didn’t need an appointment and I was told that I can walk in as long as I was there before 645. I got there about five minutes before 645 and was told that because eyebrow threading and tinting takes time that they would not be able to service me. I reminded them that Instructed me to come and they still refused even though the store was still open.

I’ve never had my eyebrows done and just wanted someone to shape them and make them symmetrical because it’s hard for me to do that myself. The threading took less than five minutes and didn’t hurt whatsoever. They came out looking great and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Will definitely be returning!

Critical: QualityShe completely threaded off a part off my eyebrow and now ones longer than the other. She also completely shaped them differently. 1 Star for cleanliness but she was rude, in a rush when I was the only person in there, and didn’t even pull tweezers out to pluck any hairs she missed. Just left them there.

I have been a regular for years. Sarita/Savita (not sure exactly which is the correct pronunciation) has always done my eyebrows for years. I tried out Sakila on a day that my normal threader wasn’t there and her delivery was great, too. Both ladies are always sweet, professional, and has always offered great advice about my eyebrows and eyelashes. I love the people that work there.

There was no line and I was seen right away, around 7 on a Tuesday. The lady that threaded my eyebrows worked quickly and efficiently, and they looked great afterward. The bad ratings almost scared me away but I’m glad I stopped in!
