At first when I walked and was checking in on the ipad the employee was breathing down my neck watching me do it when I was trying to decide what service I wanted done. When I told her I didn’t need help, she still didn’t move. Then she does my eyebrows like this. This is the worst my brows ever been done in my life. They’re uneven and she used tweezers to make the left brow (your right on picture) really skinny. Considering my birthday week I am very disappointed and sad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Even I realized she was rude and dismissive I didn’t want to ask her to fix because she was huffing and puffing. This was the older lady who usually sits on the couch and does nothing when I visit and wears glasses.

I usually have a great experience, but today my brows came out very uneven. One is very skinny and the other looks awesome. I understand if I over plucked one side a little, but she should have tried her best to make it even. I would have said something but I didnt notice until I got in my car. I don’t even want to post the picture it’s the bad.

Kamra did an amazing job at taming my ferocious eye brows. I have thick eyebrows that can get pretty scary looking. They were also uneven and she did her best to even them out. They turned out better than expected! I will definitely be coming back to her.

Thieves! I have been going there for years. They always pushed their gift cards. Spend $20, get $25 was the promotion. A few times I would forget my previous gift card in the car and just buy a new one. Recently the owner decided to stop honoring their own gift cards. I now have three cards with $83 on them that they won’t accept as payment. Way to screw a long time customer. Even if you don’t have worthless gift cards; the new login and payment process at the store take literally 20-25 additional minutes. Go some where else.

Went today…never again. Opted to try brown tinting with them. Worst mistake ever. I am a blonde and they tinted my eyebrows black. Looks so cartoonish and horrible. The thread job made it worse because they are completely uneven. Not sure what I am going to do to fix this. Just horrible
