Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst and last time. I rather drive the 2 hour to Tallahassee to get my eyebrows threaded. I was in the chair maybe 3-5 minutes which is extremely fast for threading. No prep work was done to my eyebrows beforehand as far as even brushing them out. I specifically asked for them to be made square in the front and she said okay yet here my eye brows are two completely different shapes & one is thicker than the other. First and last time. I rather drive the 2 hour to Tallahassee to get my eyebrows threaded. I was in the chair maybe 3-5 minutes which is extremely fast for threading. No prep work was done to my eyebrows beforehand as far as even brushing them out. Today I had a bad experience, I’ve been going to that place for a long time and I’m always attended by a girl who does an excellent job today I saw a new girl Angela and she told me that the other girl wasn’t there because I attended her and she hurt my eyebrows completely and I told him that how is it possible that they leave a person who does not know how to do that job well.

They use their fingers instead of a cotton ball. Which is weird and kind of gross. They don’t prep your eyebrows. And took off way more than i asked. Unfortunate i only get my eyebrows threaded, now I’ll have to look for alternative’s.
