Sarah is the only person I go to in there. She does an excellent job with my eyebrows. I never have no complaints with her, she is quick and when she does them my eyes do not water. She has excellent customer service. I will only go there when she is working. She is the only person my aunt, my sister, and I let touch our eyebrows. I have been going to Brow Art 23 in the Crystal Mall for a very long time almost 2 years. I usually get my whole face done and when it gets done, the difference shows. My face is always very well cleaned after the threading. My best experiences have been with Saira. She is very patient and thorough. I am always well relaxed when she works on my face. My friends and I look forward to return each time because she is there. Saira has excellent customer service. I went a few weeks ago and she was not there. I am thankful that she is back.

This is the worst waxing job i have ever had! I walked in and she threaded my eyebrows very quickly and missed a bunch of hair. Then she took to the back room and didn’t leave to give me the privacy to change. She then attempted to give me a wax but had no idea what she was doing. She kept re waxing the same spot and pulling in the wrong direction. She also tried to charge me for a Brazilian and a bikini wax but totally butchered the job and left huge patches of hair with clumps of wax stuck to it. I was bleeding and she admitted she didn’t know what she was doing. I was only made to pay for the bikini but then asked for a tip. I found it extremely unsanitary as she didn’t wash the chair between clients. If you have any respect for yourself never go here. I am still sore days later.

I came in to get a strong wax after months of growing out my brows they were thick and I also wanted to get them died. They lady who did my brows didn’t encourage me to look in a mirror or even ask me what I wanted. She just went to town and it was extremely painful, so bad I skipped crying and felt like I was going to pass out. I felt so dizzy I could barely stand up after the treatment. I thought that the shape of the brow I got looked like a straight line with no natural arch if I could upload a picture I would. The inner brow next to my nose came out uneven. The dye its self I got done in shade 2 it was really itchy and burning when on but I’m not sure if after a wash if my eye brows changed color at all.
