Lady in the first chair did a horrible job, I got my eyebrows done two weeks ago and my eyes brows still haven’t healed from the cuts. They’re uneven and she attempted to do too much of an arch, if I wouldn’t have stopped her I wouldn’t have any eyebrows left. WAS going to get my eyebrows waxed but I guess the only waxer they had was having a bad day because when asked, she just gave me that ugh stare, like i could feel that negative energy. Way to drive people out jeez. Definately better ways to say sorry we are not taking waxing customers anymore.

This was my very first time threading and let me tell you I was so afraid to get my eyebroes done. The night before I was watching youtube videos to see others reaction to threading. Let me tell you it was nowhere near as painful as they made it seem on youtube. Jackie was the one that threaded my eyebrows and she did such an amazing job! Before she began to do them she was looking at my structure of my brow and then talk to me about how she would do them and made sure I was on board with her. Overall I had the best experience here especially for it being my first time. I will definitely be coming back to brow arc!

Horrible job on waxing. Don’t get waxed here. Horrible on color. You won’t get what you ask for. Not too good on the hair cuts either. Overall, not a good experience. I will not be returning. Lesson learned.
