I’m always pleased with my eyebrows. I always go to Sofia who is located inside the mall, she is amazing. She does a really great job paying attention to detail and really listens to what you need for your eyebrows. I appreciate her always making sure my eyebrows look good and taking her time with them. She is so friendly and kind I really like her as a person and the work she does. I will wait until she is in to get my eyebrows done because that’s how much I trust her with my eyebrows.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Northgate and Seattle brow arc for years and absolutely love them they do an amazing job however BEWARE OF THE ALDERWOOD LOCATION! I just got back from them and can’t believe how bad they messed up my eyebrows!! 1st pic is my usual brows and the 2nd and 3rd is what she did today! I don’t know why anyone would shorten the eyebrow shorter than the eye? Or make them so small? Or have such a jagged shape? How is this symmetrical? The particular woman who did it didn’t seem like she had clear vision (my fault for still going through with it) and with these results I don’t think she does but the store definitely shouldn’t allow her there letting her mess up peoples’ faces like this!! This was my first and last time coming to this place. I’ve been getting eyebrows threading for years and never had an issue. My eyebrows have a good shape already, I just get clean ups. I specified to the technician that I want clean up, it’s not hard. For some reason, I have now uneven eyebrows with bald islands in the middle of each eyebrow (which the technician blamed on me, apparently I wasn’t hold my lid tight enough) I’ve never been told that before. Overall, she did a sloppy poor job, I wish I never came here to ruin my eyebrows, stay away from them. There are other places that don’t charge as much and do a much better job. I now I have to fill my eyebrows (something I’ve never done before) just do they don’t look uneven. I regret coming here so much and I’ve learned my lesson, I’ll keep going to my other eyebrow salon, which is a little farther away from home but so worth the extra drive. I don’t know how this place gets clients
