I am heartbroken over what happened to my brows when I went here. I asked her to keep the shape and keep the fullness. I now have round arches and a year of growing out my brows is gone. I don’t recommend this if you care about proportioned, thick brows. Eyebrow threading

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo bad ! Lady there barely even speaks english?? I couldn’t have a clear communication of what I wanted done or what she was going to do?? She threaded half of my eyebrow off and thinned it out. Definitely not worth $15! My two eyebrows are really uneven now and I have to fill them in to make them look semi decent. The lady should be using gloves when threading eyebrows and using a disposable new eyebrow brush for each client instead of the same one it seemed like for everyone..So bad ! I’m a person who trusts very little and I give my appreciation to those who work hard for what they are creating in life. Under the consideration of an artist, I’ll have to say when it comes to my eyebrows I would only trust a true artist with them. Iqbal is that. She not only handles my eyebrows with care, but she listens to what I want my eyebrows to look like on the long term. And, she makes it enjoyable! I’ve been coming here for years. But for the last maybe 3 times I’ve came, my eyebrows weren’t how they usually are. Usually you guys do an amazing job. But my eyebrows are all weird now. This girl that did my eyebrows, did them way too fast. & didn’t do a good job. My eyebrows are now misshaped. Don’t think I’d recommend this place to any of my friends anymore. I can’t remember the girl’s name, but she worked Wednesday night. It was only her there that day. Think I’ll find somewhere else to go for now on.

Let me start off by saying, I go to brow arc locations in the Seattle area all the time. I highly respected the company as some of the employees have done an amazing job. HOWEVER Today, I asked her to make my brows full, they are the thinnest they have ever been! I have super thick brows as I’m middle eastern, and now they are gone 🙁 She did not do my left side brow as my right side brow. The left side brow is MUCH thinner. I showed my friends and they could tell that one side was off. And I’m being competely honest, both my best friends were honest and said they look too thin and not the same to each other at ALL. To even the front to the middle of my right brow, it’s much thicker. On my left brow it looks like I have completely less hair on the whole brow in total. The left side just looks completely horrible toward the end of my brow as well. She give me such a weird ARCH too, never had this type of arch. Now I have to wait for them to GROW. She was rushing on my brows because a customer came that she knew and messed up. She knew she messed up because after she was done, she looked at my left brow again to try to fix it. I’m not coming back to this brow arch location as I’m very disappointed. She should not be a “professional”. A real professional wouldn’t rush to get her job done and continue to work on something messed up. The cutting is even bad! It looks like I have parts of my left brow weirdly missing. She said next time I come, I’ll get “ten percent off” more like give me a refund pls 🙂 she should not work there. Complete joke

DO NOT GO HERE The woman did nothing but tell me how ugly my eyebrows are the whole time (They grow in weird) Didnt listen to me when i told her what i wanted done. Insisted on filling them in, i told her no, but she wouldnt take that. The way she filled them in made them look awkward. I still have random hairs around my brows. Even after all that i still tipped well. Never going back.

I just got my eyebrows threaded here and the lady spent 3 minutes threading my eyebrows and upper lip, charged a ton and was beyond rude to me, never prepared my skin and never listened to my request for the shape I wanted. She applied a lotion to my face afterwards that has left my skin chaffed and raw like a mild burn. My eyebrows have whole missing sections now. Very disappointed. 1ST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE!
