Critical: ProfessionalismFrom my recent experience, the older lady that worked on my eyebrow did a decent job however, she was so rough that it left a couple cut marks on my skin between my brows. I can see why she did not ask if I want aloe. Her demeanor was not friendly & impatient. :'( She did thank me when I compliment that the eyebrows were nicely done. Maybe the lady was having a bad day?
