Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment for Saturday June 12th for Brows and Tint. Obviously, I read and accepted the policies per Veronica’s appointment process. I accidentally jotted down that my appointment was at 12:30 when it was at NOON! When I checked the app and saw my app time my stomach gave like one thousand turns. I contacted Veronica right away via the PocketSuite App and told her about my situation: I had started driving to her at 11:45 am and wouldn’t be there til 12:15 pm. Thank God I had 30 min reserved for brows/tint and she was able to take me in and thread my brows. She didn’t have to do that and I definitely understand that per the business’ policies to which we all agree to when booking an appointment. She definitely made my day and I couldn’t thank her enough. I paid the full amount owed for the brow/tint even though I just got them threaded, because this was my mistake and Veronica was still nice enough to make my brows come to life. I had an appointment for Saturday June 12th for Brows and Tint. Obviously, I read and accepted the policies per Veronica’s appointment process. I accidentally jotted down that my appointment was at 12:30 when it was at NOON! When I checked the app and saw my app time my stomach gave like one thousand turns. I haven’t trusted anyone with my brows for over 7 years. I trust Vero with my life, my eyebrow game is what it is because of her! Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismVeronica had this nasty attitude and didn’t even look at me when I said hello to her. I gave her a 30 minutes notice that I will be arriving late, I was only two minutes late and I still got charged $40 for ONLY doing threading which was supposed to be $20 I don’t think two minutes is a big deal but I guess that’s how her shop works. I gave her a 30 minutes notice that I will be arriving late, I was only two minutes late and I still got charged $40 for ONLY doing threading which was supposed to be $20 I don’t think two minutes is a big deal but I guess that’s how her shop works.
