I have been going to Sonja for years but have had my lashes done by everyone here. They are all experienced estheticians and very good at what they do. The lashes last a long time between fills. Tana has been doing my lashes for the last few months and she is a perfectionist which I LOVE , my lashes are always even and full. She brought them back from disaster after an unfortunate oven singeing nearly destroyed them. Recently Sirreh filled in for Tana and she did an amazing job. In conclusion I love this spa and I love these people!

They can have my money! You can’t over indulge in the services offered here. Not only are you paying for a great price on all services, but specials are offered and the quality of service is excellent! I get biweekly lash refills to lipo laser with INSTANT results to chemical peels. I’m completely satisfied with all my services and looking forward to trying new things. The staff is wonderful, nice, and are perfectionists so you know you’re not walking out looking less than perfect. If you’re not happy with your service, talk to Sonja! She will make sure you’re satisfied and happy with everything.

I had been going to Sonja multiple times for lashes. I was never late. I never cancelled. I never rescheduled. I had an appointment June 6th for a fill. However, I got a call from my mom at 2:30am June 6th that my grandma was not doing well and they were in the ER. I went to go be with my grandma. In the back of my mind while going through this I knew I had this appointment. I asked my husband to call first thing at 9am and cancel and explain the circumstances. My grandma passed away unexpectedly at 12:35pm that day. I was very close with her and it was extremely hard on me. Later on, my husband told me he spoke with Sonja and she said she would still have to charge $30 and marked me as a no show. I wasn’t a no show. I had my husband call first thing. While it may be in the rules if you cancel within 24hrs they will charge, emergencies happen out of peoples control. Have a heart. The bed side manner of dealing with this situation was TERRIBLE. Was $30 really worth losing business? Was $30 really worth showing what heartless company this is? I will never go back to her/this company. I want to go somewhere that actually cares about their customers. That shows compassion during hard times her customers may be going through.

I have gotten my eyebrows done here for years and they always turn out beautiful! The sugaring here lasts longer for me than brow waxing at other places have in the past. The shaping is consistently excellent and accentuates my natural brows, they’re never oversugared. The attention to detail is much appreciated, and I often get compliments on my eyebrows after they’re done here. I love this place and highly recommend it!

Critical: QualityI’ve gone to Sonja for lashes several times and I haven’t had any issues. But this last time I went I spent $150+ and got the full volume set of lashes. 2 days later they started falling out. It has now been 5 days and they are over half way gone! I wasn’t able to get a refund although she did offer a free mini fill or a 50% off fill which I appreciate. I’m just on vacation and spent the money for pretty lashes through my vacation and that is not what I got. I’m not sure if it’s different glue or supplies but the service used to be awesome. I won’t be going here anymore and I hope this was helpful for all of her future clients. Just be careful and make sure it’s going to last before you pay the price. I haven’t tried her other services but I’ve heard she’s great.In response to the owners comment: I said $150 because I included the tip I gave you. I also am not giving this review because you denied my request for a refund. I am leaving this review because I am unhappy with the quality of service I received for the amount of money I spent, and I want to give a heads up to anyone just in case so this doesn’t ever happen again. One of my eyes almost has no lashes! It’s been 5 days! Not to mention, I’ve managed to keep them dry this whole time, and I haven’t worn any other makeup or anything that could affect the lashes. I’ve had extensions many times and haven’t had any issues like this, and I’m not doing anything out of the ordinary that would damage the longevity.
