Do yourself a favor and avoid the mall for getting your brows threaded. This place is 1000 times better. Everyone there is insanely pleasant and easy to chat with and they do a much better job with my brows.

I have came here twice never had a issue with any of the girls the first time.. the second time there was a lady with blonde short hair that does eyebrow lamination!! She made vulgar comments about me having my daughter with me “which she was going to get a trim and color and her eyebrows done” but she kept talking to my husbands eyebrow lady right in front of my daughter saying “ this isn’t a day care of welfare office why is this child here” my daughter was so upset and went to the car!’ My husband wanted to say stuff but was scared they would ruin my hair!! She also told me i felt privileged because I’m in the military!! But was the one who asked me what i did for a living very u professional!! Top off my hair i haven’t touched it in 15 years wanted something fun and new!! With a hint of purple the first picture shows what i wanted but the other ones are what i got!! I asked for my hole head to be done and changed but idk what to even call this mess!! Once again Jacksonville at its finest
