This was the worst barber experience ever! I scheduled a 1 pm appointment. When I entered the shop, everyone looked at me without a greeting. After inquiring about who my barber was, the other barbers laughed and stated he is typically about an hour late. I inquired if anyone else could assist me being that I’m new to the area. No one answered. I called my ride and stood outside from the treatment I received in this shop! They were rude. And I will never step foot in there again. Nor would I recommend this place unless you plan on having your time wasted.

I just moved to Waterloo not many months ago. I’ve been looking for a Barber shop that offers old school cuts with attention to detail. I found it. The guys were friendly. They had a few TVs to watch some sports while your hair was cut. Donell did my cut. He was very detailed and took his time to do a great job. I’ll definitely be going back!

I got chopped up by Donel and he I can’t complain about a thing. I drove from Fort dodge because I heard of how great the shop was with great attention to detail. D did a great job and I plan on making the drive apart of my 2week routine. Quality is worth it.
