First visit to this office and saw Dr Walters. I informed the staff and the Dr. of three issues. In all three cases, the Dr. was willing to mediate. he took the time to explain the issues and recommended treatment. I choose not to address one issue since he confirmed that it was not an issue. He resolved the other two issues during the visit. He also recommended that I see him every year for a follow up to prevent any potential skin disorders such as skin cancer. The staff were polite, the facility was clean except that I saw a used rag on the floor near the garage can and that upon entering the patient room, the hazardous waste can was open which exposed used gloves, bandages and the like.) I shut the can and failed to let the staff know. Overall, for what I needed to see Dr. Walters for, I was pleased with his services and would recommend.

Please use a different derm. I signed up for a free virtual consultation. I was billed for this without ever being notified I was not eligible for a free consultation. I also called the Pell City location for an appointment and when I arrived was notified that the appointment was actually in Vestavia Hills.
