Great place. Clean, good service, and nice technicians. I go here with my mom and sister. Busy on weekends like most places, better to make an appointment or call ahead regardless. They also offer a room for parties, and a pedicure where they’ll bring you Jamba juice. They also do eyelash extensions but I haven’t tried that.

BEST nail experience I have ever had. This was my first time at Brookside Nails and it was AMAZING. The salon is so beautiful and CLEAN. I highly recommend this salon. The customer service was great. My nails were done by Bella from San Jose. She took her time to make sure I look PERFECT. My pedicure is FLAWLESS and my acrylics are on point. Bella from San Jose took her time to make sure each nail came out looking good and I recommend her to everyone. I finally found a good, clean, beautiful salon to go to every 2 weeks. I’m finally getting around to writing this review. I have only been physically and verbally abused by one nail tech in my whole life. This lady grabbed me and yelled at me in fantasy nails across the freeway. Well my next set I went to this salon and I asked a lady for marble nails. I told them multiple times I’m not picky about much besides big bubbles in the polish. They didn’t do the marble right tried pitting ugly stickers on my nail and there were tons of bubbles. I asked the lady to fix it and sure enough this crazy nail ladybstsrts screaming that she knows me from that other salon and I do this for free service. Ummm I already payed the 80$ they did nothing to help the situation and let the lady abuse me again. I had to stay to get the nails fixed because they forcible took payment before I was satisfied. Oh and the excuse for the lady was her families own the salons so she things she is the boss. They left me crying and so upset. I haven’t gotten my nails done since

The lady I got was very rude. I’ve had my nails done for years and moved close to this shop so I thought I’d give it a try. I asked for rounded edges and most of the edges are still pointy. The polish job is shoty and the nails are not straight. Wont be going back
